Test Tutorial

Introduction

The Test feature allows you to create customized practice tests based on your study materials. These tests help you assess your knowledge, identify areas that need improvement, and prepare for upcoming exams with personalized questions.

Accessing the Test Feature

1. In the dashboard, navigate to the left-hand menu and click Tests & Quizfetch.

2. There are several options for practice, including tests, flashcard sets, match games, and Quizfetch. For this example, click ‘Take a Practice Test’

Creating Your Test

Step 1: Name Your Test and Choose Source

1. To generate a practice test, enter a name and choose how you want to create it—either from materials or flashcards. For this example, select From Materials, then click Next.

Step 2: Select Materials and Settings

1. Select the test language, choose a specific topic to focus on, pick the materials to be tested on, and then click Next.

​

Step 3: Customize Question Types and Format

1. Specify the number of questions for each type, including multiple choice, free response, fill in the blank, short answer, and true or false. You can also select the type of exam you’re studying for, such as the MCAT. Then, click Next.

Taking Your Test

Step 1: Answer Questions

1. Choose your answer, then click the right arrow to go to the next question.

Step 2: Navigate Between Questions

1. You can view all the questions at once by clicking View All at the bottom

2. You will be able to view all the questions. To go back to viewing one at a time, click View One.

Step 3: Submit and Review

1. Once you’ve answered all the questions, click Submit Test.

2. You’ll see all your answers and whether they are correct or wrong. You can also chat with Spark.E on the right side to ask questions.
